Humpty Dumptyby *Cyndrome

Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall
Humpty Dumpty took a great fall
and all the king's horses and all the king's men
couldn't put Humpty Dumpty back together again

I love English nursery rhymes, and so I decided to make Humpty Dumpty in ceramics class. It has taken about two months (about 20 hours in total, not counting baking time) to put Humpty Dumpty together. I used ceramics clay, glazes and the gold is paint. The skin is some kind of medium I used (cannot remember the name).
I had great fun with this project and it's one that made me extremely proud to complete. I think I did very well, considering I'm taking ceramics class only since September 2011. Of course there are always things I'm not that happy about, like the eyes and the way they are positioned. But I do like the smirk and the design.

Thanks :) Next year I'm planning on doing something with the cow who jumped over the moon. And I would like to do some sayings as well, like "when pigs fly" Any ideas are welcome!

I don't know if you meant to change his name on purpose, but
it's Humpty Dumpty, in case you didn't.
I think he's pretty kool, the hands look pretty rough but that's about the only "flaw" that really stands out for me. ♥ Great job.
